FRIENDS OF CLAINES CHuRCH
We will be holding a special service at 11.00 a.m and our aim is to welcome back friends and neighbours and all newcomers so that they can “try church again”. All ages are welcome and guaranteed a warm welcome.
Every one of the Church’s 44 dioceses are taking part in the initiative this year, by encouraging churchgoers to invite someone they know who used to attend church to come back on a particular Sunday.
Up to 16,000 Church of England churches could be taking part, joining congregations from the Salvation Army, Churches Together in Scotland, the Church in Wales, Baptist, Methodist and United Reformed churches nationwide, Elim Pentecostal churches and Anglican churches in Australia, Argentina, New Zealand and Canada.
Claines Friends has a huge reach and we have regular visitors to our website from all over the world. If you can’t attend then please send us a message, a greeting or ask for a family or friend to be remembered at the service.
If you can come then we would love to see you, just....
With churchgoers across the Church of England, Claines is joining in inviting up to half a million people to services on
